Coaching is primarily virtual, so you can meet from anywhere and fit sessions into a busy schedule. If you’re local and prefer in-person, include that in your message and I’ll let you know what’s possible based on availability.

Common focus areas include career transitions, confidence and decision-making, routines and habits, work–life balance, wellness consistency, and big-picture life direction. If you’re not sure how to define your goal yet, that’s okay—we can shape it together.

Once you sign up, you’ll have a secure space to set goals, break them into milestones, track progress, and keep notes between sessions. We’ll use your updates to guide our conversations and adjust your plan so you’re always working on what matters most.

That’s a very normal place to begin. We’ll start simple: what you want most, what’s currently draining you, and one or two small actions you can realistically do this week. Momentum first—then we build a plan you can actually sustain.
